Veterans Day

Saturday, June 27, is Veterans Day and the King will take part in a parade in the center of The Hague. For this, tram 1, 9, 15, 16, 17, bus 20, 22, 24 and 28 will run a detour until 18:00 hours. 

HTM is deploying bus 69 as an express service between Central Station and Scheveningen.

Streetcar 9 will pass the Malieveld stop until 18:00 hours due to safety measures.

HTM's timetable has been adjusted for Veterans Day, so plan your trip in advance in the travel planner.

Traveling to Scheveningen

• Bus 69 runs 5x per hour from 11:30 to 18:00 hours between Central Station platform L and Zwarte pad via Kurhausweg stop.
• Bus 22 runs between Central Station platform K and Kurhausweg.
• Bus 28 runs between Central Station and Zuiderstrand, which is the beach behind Duindorp.
• Tram 11 stops at Hollands Spoor Station stop and runs to Scheveningen beach near Keizerstraat.

Traveling to the center of The Hague

• Tram 2, 3, 4 and 6 from Central Station stop in the center of The Hague get off at stop Spui or Grote Markt.

No trams between Central Station and Hollands Spoor Station

• Use the train between these stations.
• Bus 22 runs between Centraal Station and Station Hollands Spoor at Waldorpstraat.
• Tram 1 and 11 stop at Loosduinseweg stop, change to tram 2 or 4 at Monstersestraat stop for downtown or Central Station.
• Tram 17 stops temporarily at the Monstersestraat stop change to Tram 2 or 4 for the center or Central Station.
