The histories of The Hague and Delft have been linked together for many years: through the royal house, Vermeer and Delftware, for instance. Everything from the administrative palace Noordeinde in The Hague to the Prinsenhof Museum in Delft. And The Hague and Delft are also connected together more literally by HTM’s number 1 tram. At 20 kilometres, it is the longest tram line, going past lots of interesting attractions and sights from the Noorderstrand (North Beach) at Scheveningen to the historic town centre of Delft.
