HTM bike

HTM Fiets no longer exists
In the past, HTM offered its own bike-sharing service: HTM Fiets. These bikes are no longer available. So at this time, you can no longer rent or use a bike through HTM.
Are you searching for “HTM Fiets” because you want to know if you can bring your own bike on the tram or bus? Read below to find out what is and isn’t allowed.
Can you bring your bike on the tram or bus?
You can’t just bring your bike on all HTM trams and buses. It depends on the type of vehicle, the line you’re traveling on, and the time of day.
Bringing a Bike on the Tram
You may only bring your bike on HTM’s RandstadRail trams. This is permitted on weekdays after 7:00 p.m. and all day on weekends.
This applies to the following lines:
- Line 3
- Line 4
- Line 34
Place your bicycle in the designated area. Be considerate of other passengers. Passengers with a wheelchair, walker, or mobility scooter always have priority in this area.
No Bicycles Allowed on Other Trams
You are not allowed to bring your bike on other HTM trams. This applies to:
- GTL trams: lines 1, 6, and 12
- Avenio trams: lines 2, 9, 11, 15, 16, and 17
Bringing a bicycle on the bus
You are not allowed to bring your bicycle on the bus.
Bringing a folding bike
You may bring a folding bike on HTM trams and buses. Your folding bike must be fully folded.
