Not satisfied with our complaint handling?
Dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint and we are not getting anywhere?
- Contact the Public Transport Complaints Desk. This desk will look at the next steps in mediation between you and HTM and provide appropriate guidance.
- Does this not lead to a solution? Then contact the Public Transport Disputes Committee. This committee resolves disputes with a binding decision.
Both the complaints desk and the disputes committee only handle complaints that have first been dealt with by HTM. So the first step is to submit a complaint using the forms above.
Tip: Always contact the complaints desk first, before calling in the committee. The staff at the complaints desk will be happy to help with the steps to take.
