- Entrance with 3 steps
- There is a door with a wide entrance in the middle of the tram

- There is a place in the middle section for passengers with a baby buggy or large items of luggage
- There are a number of seats near the driver for disabled passengers
- A folding mobility scooter can be taken on a tram, as long as it is folded and is not more than 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 109 cm high
RandstadRail (blue and white trams)

Getting on
- Floor-level entrance
- Get on at the doors with a sticker with the text 'Ingang geschikt voor reizigers met een rolstoel' (entrance suitable for passengers with a wheelchair).
Special places in RandstadRail trams
- There are places for 2 passengers with a wheelchair or a mobility scooter
- Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters (including folding ones) are welcome (maximum dimensions 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 109 cm high)
- There are folding seats for passengers with a rollator
Avenio (red and grey trams)

- Get on at the middle doors with the sticker with the text 'Ingang voor rolstoel' (wheelchair entrance)

- Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters (including folding ones) are welcome, as long as their maximum dimensions are 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 109 cm high

- The bus driver will operate the sliding platform on request (use the blue button to the right of the door).
