Accessibility of stops

Reizigers stappen uit HTM tram

Most stops where the RandstadRail or Aveniotram stops are accessible to passengers with wheelchairs or rollators. There are a few exceptions:

  • Tram 2
    • Loosduinse Hoofdstraat + Oostinje: Narrow stop platform with height difference
    • Laan van Eik en Duinen ri Kraayenstein: Narrow platform, difficult to cross
  • Tram 2, 3, 4
    • Spui + Grote Markt ri Brouwersgracht: Space between platform and tram not the same height/width everywhere
  • Tram 3 and 4
    • Leidschendam-Voorburg: stop in a slight curve, not all doors accessible because of this
  • Tram 11
    • Rijswijkseplein ri Scheveningse Haven: No raised stop, awkward crossing possibility
    • Groot Hertoginnelaan: The stop is on a slight curve, not all doors are accessible because of this
  • Tram 15
    • Goudriaankade: Narrow platform, difficult to cross
  • Tram 17
    • Gravenstraatri Art Museum: Space between platform and tram not the same height/width everywhere
  • Tram 19
    • Nieuwe Plantage: Narrow platform, difficult to cross
