- In the middle section there is room for passengers with prams or large luggage
- There are some seats close to the tram driver for disabled passengers
- A folding mobility scooter can be taken on board, but only if it is folded and does not exceed 120 cm (length) by 70 cm (width) by 109 cm (height)
RandstadRail (white-blue trams)

- Board at the doors with the sticker 'Entrance suitable for wheelchair passengers'.
Special seats in RandstadRail trams
- There is space for 2 passengers in a wheelchair or scooter
- Electric wheelchairs and scoot mobiles (including foldable ones) are welcome (dimensions max 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 109 cm high)
- There are folding seats for travellers with a rollator
Most RandstadRail tram stops are accessible but there are a few exceptions
Avenio (red-grey trams)

- Board at the middle doors with the sticker 'Entrance for wheelchair'
Special seats in Avenio trams
- There is space for 2 passengers in a wheelchair or scooter
- Electric wheelchair and mobility scooter (including foldable ones) are welcome, provided it fits within the size of 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 109 cm high.
- There are folding seats for travellers with rollators
Most of the stops where the Aveniotram stops are accessible, but there are some exceptions.

- Accessible to passengers with a manual wheelchair (max 120 cm long, 70 cm wide and 109 cm high)
- Mobility scooters and other electrically powered wheelchairs are not allowed.
- A folding mobility scooter is allowed on the bus, only if it is folded and then does not exceed 120 cm (length) by 70 cm (width) by 109 cm (height)
