You can continue to travel for free with HTM trams and buses. Use the voucher code from the letter of the City of The Hague to add free travel to your new OV-pass.

Here’s what you’ll need when you place your order:

  • The letter from the City of The Hague with your voucher code
  • A pink OV-pas (not an OV-chipkaart)
  • Access to your personal email account
  • A camera on the tablet or phone you’re using to place your order, or a passport photo as a file

Can I continue to travel for free?

Yes. You can continue to travel for free on HTM buses and trams. You however will need to add the free travel product to your new OV-pas first.

Where can I find my voucher code?

Your personal voucher code is included in the letter from The Hague City Council with the subject line ‘Your code for free travel with the new OV-pas’. If you have not received a letter but are eligible for the subscription, please contact the City Council.
