Management, supervisory board & shareholders

HTM transports passengers on the basis of two transport licenses (rail and bus) that were granted by MRDH, our commissioning party. MRDH holds one preference share in HTM Personenvervoer N.V. and the remaining shares are held by the Municipality of The Hague. The statutory board consists of a managing director and a financial director, who report to the Supervisory Board.
