How do I purchase a ticket in the HTM app?
Buying a ticket in the new HTM app is very easy. Follow these steps:
- Purchase your ticket in the app on the day of your journey.
- Make sure your ticket is active before boarding the tram or bus.
- Start your journey!
Please note:
- You can buy up to 20 tickets per product type in the app.
- Make sure your ticket is active before boarding the tram or bus.
- Gather tickets for your travel companions in one HTM app. Travel together and make sure each traveler has an active ticket.

How do I receive updates for my favorite tram and/ or buslines?
Add your favorite lines in the app to receive updates on diversions and delays. Here's how:
- Click on Departures on the home screen.
- Select the line for which you want notifications.
- Click on the bell icon and choose the frequency of notifications.
You will now receive notifications for this line! If you want to stop this, click on the bell icon again and select No, thanks.
